Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Print & Affix Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
